Easy Tiger is a full-tilt DIY project powered by the beautifully chaotic duo of Gabrielle La Rue and Sarah Dion. By day, Gabrielle navigates the tech world; by night, she’s a rock’n’roller with a fire-licked guitar tone and lyrics pulled straight from an eclectic, sideways life. Beside her, Sarah  known for her work with Les Shirley, hits drums and bass with raw, infectious intensity, building a sound that runs on sweat, instinct, and zero pretension. Together, armed with YouTube tutorials, grit, and an absurd amount of patience, they learned to engineer, record, and produce every note themselves. No rules, no gatekeepers, no apologies.

In spring 2024, Easy Tiger dropped Baby, Tag Along, a second EP that pushes their DIY ethos even further. It’s a genre-agnostic, deliberately untamed record that swings between reckless party energy and sobering vulnerability. Six tracks that double as therapy sessions for the bold, the bruised, the chaotic, and the soft-hearted.

And in 2025, the momentum pays off: the duo takes home the Cabaret Festif! Jury Prize, a well-earned nod to a project that thrives on authenticity and unfiltered energy.

Easy Tiger is the official soundtrack to a tiki bar overflowing with cowboys drinking margaritas  loud, sweaty, unhinged, and weirdly uplifting. And us? We’re already on the dance floor. You coming or what?
